Ease Of Use

Trays

Looking at this dehydrator device, it looks cumbersome, but isn't. Easy to use. I will need to use parchment or a solid sheet for softer foods. It's light weight and the base seems sound. I used it today and it took only four hours to complete my task

Great design/look. 5 trays which is lots of room. I had to buy dehydrator sheets separate though and cut them to shape/size. Easy to do. Unit is a bit noisy when powered on.

Good purchase

I did my first try yesterday. It works very well and gives me the expected results. The lack of timer however disappointed me but everything else is really perfect

Put in apple and banana slices and it never turned them into a chip like I wanted even after 40 hours.

looks good. Came with 1 small dent. And takes a very long time to dry. I did bananas and filled all the trays. Took about 60 hours to get the cut bananas to a chewy consistency and not completely dried.

Works but takes a long time to dehydrate

Not near as big as I thought it was going to be. Trays seem VERY cheep and I'm afraid it will not last long.

Very disappointed in quality of product.

Trays kept falling off, not well made and no recipe book on, HOW TO."  Sent back

not happy

The trays just disintegrate one after the other. Start cracking and keep going and one is in the garbage and the second one is on the way and the rest have cracking starting. I want to throw it in the garbage. I even tried to find trays to replace them, no luck.
I am trying to get my money back. I have photos but this page does not accept .HEIC what ever that is....I took pictures on my iPhone.

Trays are disintegrating one by one.....

Never heated and blew very little air and the manual said liners included, but none were.. I wasted 3 lbs of chicken thinking I could make dog treats. I will be returning this to a wal mart store soon and buying a different brand.

Very Disappointed

The item was shipped to my home state for Christmas gift but arrived broken. HELP!
