Instructions

Sturdiness

The item arrived well packaged and delivered within 4 days.  We like the rack and would recommend it.  It is very sturdy..  If you have read the other reviews they are true.   Instructions and screw placement are a fun puzzle.  Since we are placing the rack outdoors, my husband used clear caulk to seal areas where water might enter the rack.

Kayaks on the Rack

Instructions are all illustrations so be prepared to go back a few times looking at which correct bolts to use.
No difficult to put together, you'll need a socket set and adjustable wrench. Holding up well after a couple weeks.

Sturdy and not too hard to put together

Great product, but not the best instructions. Once you figure out which bolt goes where, assembly is easy.

Recommend

Perfect for having the kayaks in the garage during the season and moving to the shed for winter. Keeps them safe from being damaged.

Love it!

The Bolts do not match up as per instructions.  Here is the trick.  Use the 4 shortest bolts to connect the the middle cross bars. Use the bolt size that has 8 of them to connect all the bottom pieces and the vertical bars.  While there are 2 different sizes use the longest bolts to attach the padded bars that hold the kayaks. They are the only ones that will fit.

Very sturdy, need 2 people to put it together. Does not come with wrench or tools to help screw everything in place just something to keep in mind. It's lightweight and easy to position. Holds my kayaks well!

Excellent delivery product and service

It seems to be very sturdy and heavy. The instructions are terrible and so small we had to use a magnifying glass to see the numbers. Also, they sent the wrong size bolts for one part. We are trying to find the right size to finish putting it together.

Need readable instructions and correct items.

3 stars because as others have said instructions are not that good, had to use bolts in different locations than in the instructions, product itself seems adequate for the price.
