The exercise bike was very easy to put together.  I had some challenges with the right foot pedal, but overall it was easy assembly.  I really enjoy having the bike available at home.  Its very quiet and easy to use.  I upgraded the saddle for my comfort, but that doesnt mean it was inadequate in any way.  The price is unbeatable and I am glad I made the purchase.

Great exercise bike. However, it took almost 4 weeks via FedEx to be received from California. This was not a FedEx issue!

People were complaining about this bike and I was skeptical! Box came beat up but there was no damage to the actual bike. Assembly was easy, complaints about the seat are accurate; also the metal pieces are hard to move. But I'm sure with some more maneuvering, it'll be fine. Great buy for the value.

It's excellent for the price. Has everything I want and need in an exercise bike. I don't know what the resistance strap is under the wheel, but it smells like chemicals when I use it.

Good bike good price

The ride is quiet and smooth. The seat is very comfortable. My 18 year-old son put it together and it was one of his first assembly projects, so it could not have been too hard. Neither the seat nor the handle bars move forward or backward, just up and down, which is fine for me but might make a difference for someone tall. I have had to tighten several of the pieces the more that we use it, so this causes some concern for the future. Overall, you get what you pay for: a decent bike at a decent price...it gets the job done.

It gets the job done

I had low expectations for a spin bike that cost under $300 and it still has managed to be underwhelming. It was incredibly difficult to assemble, especially the part metal pieces that hold the seat. We ended up breaking the plastic piece that it slides into. Still, it was a cheap bike and it worked so we kept it. After only a couple of months the screws that hold the seat no longer hold it steady, the “computer” that comes with it is so cheap and poorly constructed the backing doesn't even stay on.  Even the stickers they put on it are peeling off. There's more, but I think I made my point. Don't waste your money.

Terrible, even for the price

The computer does not work. Called the phone number listed for assistance  and got a full mailbox un able to take any messages

Poor quality and poor customer assistance

Very bad product so mad o purchased belt falls off, seat uncomfortable, some parts made from cheap plastic, loose handle bars, threads on hardware low quality. To be honest this product should not be sold to anyone.

Bad purchase

Pedals were manufactured backwards so the pedals won't screw on :/ very disappointed in Walmart and the company who made this product.....lol who hired these guys !?
