Two screws were missing to finishing putting the chair together. Pther than that the chair is what I expected

I bought this chair a couple of months ago now and I was hoping that by now there would have been some give when it comes to breaking in the seat but there has not. The seat pad itself is quite stiff and offers very little actual comfort. The leg rest has fallen off a few times already and constantly needs to be tightened. Overall the chair looks nice and is easy to put together but that is all it really has going for it.

not worth the price

Less than  1 year and the vibration "massage" part stopped working, the seat cushion is all compressed overall not worth how much we paid for this.  The only person who sits on this weights 103 pounds so should not be this bad.
