Improved cord placement over past heat pads. Far less cord length to deal with as connectors are at top of bed rather than the foot area. If you ever bought an older style with LONG cords to hide between mattress and box spring you know what I mean! Better temp control and choice of auto shutoff times on controller. I am very pleased. i turn it on 10 minutes before going to bed. My bed is nice and warm. I leave it on low all night. i have a King size bed and it fits perfectly. Can't feel the wires at all.

My husband and I love this so far (just got yesterday). I'm so glad I thought to buy it. I'm always cold even with the heat on so instead having a lot of covers on the bed I can just turn this on. The beauty of it we can regulate the temp to our liking without making the other too hot or cold. Thanks

overall, the pad is a nice touch on those cold nights! 
the pad does slip on our mattress because it's not a fitted sheet style but simply a few straps that hold it to the bed. another "first world problem" would be the wires coming from the bed a bit too short, so accessing the controller will take the actual sheet corner of the bed with normal use.

I would give this 5 stars if it were not for the very short cord from the controller to the blanket. I really like the way it comes on; when you turn it on, it automatically comes on for 10 hours at the number 8 heat, then when you click heat, it goes to number 1.

the material on the king size isn't the same as the queen size material. king size material is more of an itchy rough fabric. elastic band mattress fit

I was excited about getting this mattress heating pad. I tried it out before actually getting rid of the packaging of course. I put it on our bed hooked it up and turned it on, nothing. So, I decided to go ahead and make the bed. That's when you could feel the heat. Yes it does get very warm. I'm not impressed with how hard it feels and you can feel the heating coils. Also, it tends to roll. If anyone has suggestions I would love to get the feedback on how to fix the two issues I have.

After putting onThe mattress pad I could feel the electric coil on my back making it almost impossible for me to sleep. If you're a side sleeper maybe it's OK but if you're on your back it hurts.

This had two strikes against it:  First, the electrical connections are at two corners, right where you have to attach the fitted sheets over it.  It makes it more difficult to put on the sheets and wears them out faster.  Second, we put it on high and put a winter blanket over it, and after a full hour the bed was no warmer than if we'd just laid in all that time.  We returned it.

Virtually worthless

I ordered this product and did not put it on my bed and mediately as it was not cold enough yet, I finally put it on my bed and the product does not get hot or even warm. I am so disappointed I have been looking forward to having one of these. I am hoping the company steps up and lets me get a replacement or gives me a refund.
