Ordering - Found this quite easily on the site and ordering was easy
Delivery - It was not available for pickup at store, but it came in earlier than expected.
Assembly time: Took me 30 minutes to put things together.
Product experience: Looks great and feels good. The only thing to note that the arm rests are not adjustable. I knew that before buying and do not have much concerns.

The chair only took an hour and a half to set up (you'll need a screw driver). Some of the pieces didn't fit in the spots they were supposed to but they were nonessential parts like washers. Needless to say, I've sat in the chair many times and haven't ended up on the floor so it's getting the job done. It's a comfortable chair and I plan on having a lot of late night study sessions in it.. can't wait.
