[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one .. the first one went out after 4 months this time I purchased the warranty.. it definitely has the sonic nuggets not just ice pellets .. I do like this I just wish it wasn't so big and cleaning . I have to clean weekly we do run it during the day and turn off at night .. all in all the only machine I have found that has nugget ice just a few thing they need to work on .. make sure you have a big open space so it don't overheat in the back.. it lets out a lot of hot air

Sonic ice! But get your warranty

Made goo ice for 5 months then quit working. Costway only gives a 90 day warranty, but after hassling with them they refunded a little over half the original cost.

Check warranty before buying.

Got item in December, and the bottom has coroded and is leaking. Company stated that its beyond their warranty even though it hasnt even been 6 months. Keeps asking me to send pictures and videos when ive provided. Would not recomend anything from them with this kind of customer service and shoddy product.

Corrosion in under 6 months and no help.

This machine started off great. After several months it would make a terrible noise. We would clean it, and it would work again. However, after 18 months it stopped working all together. This was a lot of money wasted.
