I love this ac/heater so far so good ! Has kept me and my puppy in this sweltering heat very cool! I wish I could find more cubes so I can switch them out more often,  think it needs to come with 4 instead of 2 but that's ok . Anyway it's a good investment for a person who is on a very limited budget. I highly recommend it and I'm hoping in the winter it keeps us warm.

I am very pleased with my purchase I didn't realize it was a heater too. I use in in my front living room to aid my dinning room window air conditioner. Unlike the other ones I seen you don't have to put a vent in the window. It's very easy to use the cooling system. I haven't try the heat system but I'm pleased with the unit and the price was nice.

Nice for the price

I haven't used the ac yet but the fan on this thang is  Fabulous and the heater works great as well dont need to leave on long to get it warm for small to medium sz rooms  .Highly recommend great for the money :)

Love my new Ac Fan Heater

1 hour is finally wore out we purchased a more expensive unit from my home supply store. We discovered this one doesn't blow as hard but definitely blows cooler and does a better job of keeping us cool. Return to the more expensive unit and bought another one from costway

Great product

This product does not work as efficiently views says it does. You will get cool hair until youreYou will get cool air until your cool pack is not cool anymore which doesnt take long, Maybe an hour if your maybe an hour if youre lucky you will still get cool air. I have not tried to keep her yet so I dontI have not tried the heat part yet so I dont even know if it works its too hot to turn it on.. II shouldve bought The type that the hose goes in the window because this does not work as well as it says it does. I am only using it in one bedroom with the door closed and still it is not keeping it cool..

Followed Misleading reviews

I give 3 stars because having surge, hot on power cord and breaker went down while using. I had other space heaters Pelonis never had that kind of issue. Other than that this thing is kind of nice for using as heater and cooler with affordable price. This time I'm going to return it now.

Power Cord problem

I thought the fan would have more power.  My fan I paid 100.00 for is more powerful. Although helpful a bit of a disappointment.

not very powerful

I love the features of this thing, but it just got cold and so I just used the heater. Turns out, using the heater is very dangerous because it heats up the plug and it melted the power strip that this air cooler was plugged into. I wouldn't recommend buying this thing. The attached picture shows the melted socket on the power strip. Thankfully, I unplugged it before it caught fire.

Fire Hazard

thought it was a ait conditioner and turned out it wasnt .

I bought this heater.  It looked nice it was larger then I thought it would be.   We plugged it in and was using, for two weeks, not leaving it on at night only days.  My daughter was home and smelled something burning. It turned out to be the plug and the outlet.  Very Disappointed. This could have been a lot worse if someone was not home.
