I guess my ex expectations was more than what it was but it works well and I have no problem with it but I thought it would be even better cuz I've never ordered anything like this but it does keep the area nice and cool and is very quiet but I wish it was even better but I would recommend it to someone to buy for a small area

Shipment was very fast. Very easy to put together. Large water tank, quiet. Cool's room fast. Now I can sleep at night in my bedroom. It's nice and cool. Adjustable vents. Extremely lightweight. Easy to move. I love it . Didn't come with batteries for the remote.❤️

Definitely would recommend this for a medium size

Price was great and comes in handy on the porch, doesn't cool too much because of high humidity but it's a great product for the price

Good for the Money

Let me start with that this is NOT an AC. It doesn't have the power of a portable air conditioning unit, but it does work. I have a small apartment about 550 square feet. I leave this in the living room/kitchen since they're connected, so roughly 300sqft. It can cool down the room. I fill the water tank with cold tap water and left it on for about 6-8 hours. I added ice cubes to the water and it does help it blow a lot cooler. It was a little over 90 degrees outside in WA state, and we don't have AC in our units. It didn't completely cool the house down but it kept the living room pretty cool. I left a regular commercial grade fan on to help circulate the air throughout my apartment and it wasn't as hot. Be careful when you move it so you don't spill any water. So far, no complaints. Good luck!

I'm mixed. I purchased two, one for me and one for my daughter. Mine works fantastic. My daughter's on the other hand, I mean it blows cool air. If you can get past the sounds it makes. It rattle's and sqells. I'll have to get back at you about the return policy.

I was so excited about this product and felt it was going to be a good value for the money. It doesn't cool as well as what I was led to believe. It works about as well as a regular fan but the effort you have to put into it to maintain any coolness at all isn't worth it. You have to constantly add ice packs and cold water, it doesn't turn off when the water is depleted so you run the risk of ruining it if you don't turn it off. I can barely get any sleep as I have to go to my car and turn the ac on just to cool off. I am returning this item. Also it will leak if you're not careful and it will tip easily.

Don't waste your money or your time on this item

very bad quality product and also veey bad design. To start with the case is very cheap quality, then the filter are broken and on top of it the front window air flowbis only half where as it has direction to can air flow but back is covered so no air

Was nothing it advertised to be had to constantly put frozen ice bottles an cold water to get cold air an it only cooled where the unit was setting it did not cool entire room as it lied an stated along with the cost being a bit much truel not worth it.

Worked fine for 2 months then the wall next to the water tray cracked and now I have water all over my floor.
