Value For Money

It arrived on time. All the parts were included in box. Package was secured. I can say you have to have a little patience and try to be organized. Lie everything out as numbered. I think I had difficulty attaching the latch on the folding table top. I suggest attaching it to the base of the kitchen cart, then the top. Oh yea, I noticed a space where the drawers slide into the cart but was a easy fix by switching the right side to the left side. Also for better assembly, try placing it on a soft ottoman or mattress so it won't scratch or cause strain on your body. It's worth the price.

Great product

walmart.com

Very handy cart; can be used to store things that you may need quick access to. Very easy to assemble and wuite sturdy!

Love it!

The utilty cart that i orderred was the perfect color and size. I love it. The material its made out of is very good wood. I like the silver top and the xtra storage it brings. Im glad i purchased this one.

Limited space

Cute little cart, goes well in my kitchen. Easy to put together, takes longer than you think but still easy. No dents, or chips via shipping. Good value.

Cute little cart.

My husband assembled this quickly and it's perfect for the spot I needed. I am happy to add more counter space in my new mini kitchen in the basement. I can have multiple kitchen gadgets and prepare good meals while having kitchen utensils and appliances nearby on my new kitchen cart. Only negative thing was the dented corner of stainless steel top.. I am hoping that when I call company they will send me a replacement.

Inexpensive & Sturdy. But...

It has a nice stainless steel top but the unit is crude. The draws do not line up properly and there are no plugs to cover the screw holes. It is really not worth the price.

Not worth the price

The product itself, seems sturdy and durable. However, I was unable to put my cart together because it was missing ALL the hardware. EVERY SCREW. EVERY NAIL. EVERY BOLT. ALL THE CASTERS. ALL OF IT WAS MISSING. I attempted to contact Costway by phone for two days, calling all of the 8 or 9 numbers that I found. I finally got an answer and was put on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. I called again and spoke with someone briefly. After that, they corresponded with me via email. I had to explain to them multiple times that I did not receive the hardware...NONE OF THE HARDWARE. After two days, they finally offered to give me $15 to purchase the hardware myself (as if I could even buy the casters with $15, much less find the unusual locking bolts and other parts at a typical hardware store). My other options was to wait 3 weeks to have the parts shipped to me from China. I had already waited over three weeks to get my order to begin with! I explained that I was not happy to wait three weeks to receive my parts, nor would $15 cover the cost of parts if I could find them. I suggested that they remove the hardware from a box they had in stock and send my those. The representative told me that was not there policy and they could not do that. I have had no further correspondence with them. I am NOT HAPPY! I will not purchase another thing from Costway ever again.

Missing Parts

Extremely disappointed with this purchase.
It arrived quicker than expected, so was very excited, until I opened the box, it came defective, 3 main panels were "broken" cracking and splitting. There were also some screw tags missing, the rest of the construction is made of a cheap particle board, extremely poor construction, definitely not worth the $109.98.
Costway has made it impossible to contact them and the only way is via their routing customer support on Walmart page that invariably gives you a phone number to call Costway costumer service TOLL FREE numbers that they won't answer.
Buyer Be Aware...
I will continue to look for some Walmart customer service to address this issue and would give it 0 stars if that was an option, but Walmart doesn't allow that, just know that 1 star is far more than it deserves.

Costway White Rolling Kitchen Trolley Cart .

Product was pricey and it came to my house defective and although they refunded me $35 back it was still pricey for the material.
