The screws are actually various sizes but close enough to mix them up.  It is very difficult to tighten the screws in many of the needed locations

Basically the chair was very nice BUT the listing states that the seat height is 25 inches and they are only 24 inches.  Doesn't sound like a lot but makes a big difference.
