[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Matched my table perfectly. Comfortable seat. Had to add felt pads because it was a little rough on the floor. Little bit of trouble but worth it. They are very good chairs.

I love Walmart!

The chairs are nice, though do require a lot of assembly.  MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL THE PARTS BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY!  We got to the last one and there is a part missing, it is impossible to get Walmart or the manufacturer to replace the missing part, you can only return the whole set and get a new set.   (actually can't reach Costway at all.  Tried online chat but no response.) Once assembled they look good and are comfortable.
Some of the wood arms were scratched when they arrived, the package was torn up.  If your package arrives damaged, just return it. (cushions not included)

Disappointing process, decent product

I really love these chairs, but one is starting to crack on the frame, near the arm rests.  I've had them for less than a season (purchased August, 2023 and just now pulling them out for summer, 2024).  Cute but the quality just isn't there.

Poor overall quality

Cumbersome to put together and some pieces don't align, making installation difficult.  A few were wobbly because the pieces didn't align.  But, they look nice - at first.  After the first summer some of the bolts came loose and we had to replace them before the start of the next season.  The wood arm rests did not weather well even though I oiled them throughout the season to keep them looking new.  This is the third summer using them; the season is 1/2 over and 5 of the 8 chairs purchased have the rattan seats blown out!  I would NOT recommend these at all and they were only outside in the weather from May - Oct, the rest of the year they are in storage.
