Thread can displace or bunch up in bobbin area, causing breaks.

Product performance can vary significantly between units.

The machine met all my expectations, I was afraid at first since I am one of those people who will see the comments before buying, but I decided to take a risk, and indeed I was wrong, the machine works perfectly well, if you have an urgency to make an adjustment, in fact, if you are learning to make your own clothes, it works great, I haven't tried it with tele jeans yet, but I think it's only for soft textiles. I love it if you really want to make a good purchase with little money, this is your option.

i am getting a bunch of dopamine and serotonin from learning how to sew on this! started woth hemming one of my jeans and tightening em up a bit, broke the first needle but eh, skill issue on my end. first time ever doing this and i am enjoying myself. 👍

My 8 year old has had a smaller machine that she loved, but was made for smaller children. This was perfect for stepping up before she gets to a full size machine. She absolutely loves it. The foot petal and different stitches make her feel like she's using a “real” machine like me (Mom) now. Definitely worth the investment for beginners. Easy to use right out of the box, good quality for the price. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great for young sewers!

i love it the price was very low. i mean its not a thousend dollar sewing machine but well worth the money.

I bought this for quick mending, but I didn't read the full description. The sewing machine was much smaller than I expected. It looked like it would be great for a young beginner. I returned it and the company was great to work with. I received a full refund very quickly.

Super cute, bought it because it looked easy to use and not so intimidating for a beginner. i also liked the color. easy to thread, feels pretty sturdy and is very light weight, like i said, it's good for a beginner. it's also pretty small but gets the job done. since its small it's good for small crafts. i've also used it to sew up some t-shirts and make my own shirts. everything works pretty smoothly as well. 

the only thing that's a takeaway from this sewing machine is that because it's small (i'm guessing) it doesn't sew through any THICK fabric.. for example, if you layer 3-10 pieces of fabric the machine gets jammed and doesn't sew properly. 

other than that, since i'm not using it for big projects it works perfectly fine for me!

Pretty good for beginners and kids

I purchased this to teach one of our youth how to sew. This is machine is easy to use and lightweight.

great for small projects

It's very lightweight, pink and cute. I bought it for hemming pants and small repairs. It works like a charm! I don't think it would handle heavy duty fabric though. It has several different stitches to choose from and comes with extra bobbins and thread. Would recommend!

Looks like a Barbie sewing machine

the instucktions were just pictures, so I had to YouTube the setting up the machine, the trouble shooting was of no help whatsoever, its a nice little machine for a beginner which I am, %232 onbthreading the machine, won't keep the thread in place, so it broke my needle, I almost sent the machine back because it kept jamming up the thread, turns out its %232 part keeps displacing the thread, which causes it to bunch up in the bobbin area, and break the thread, I bet I had to rethread the machine 15 times before I finished my sewing.

I am a new sewer and wanted something that was easy to use that I could make masks with.
Everything worked great until I went over my first pleat and then the light started flickering and the needle kept getting stuck on the holder.
I also tried using the reverse button and the same thing happened with the light.
It seems like a nice machine for a little person and thin material but I don't suggest it for someone learning to sew on a better quality material.
My suggestions would be a Brother or a singer to get the job done.
I will be returning this machine.
