This is a basic, but capable walking treadmill. Controls are simple to use. I'm a senior and I like the arms to hold onto when I take my walks. I start an audio book on my phone, and start a YouTube walking trail video on my tablet, and I'm good to go. I'm a satisfied customer.

It is a compact treadmill and suits my purposes because I only had a small space and I only need basic treadmill functions
So far, I am very pleased with this product
The manual could be more clearly written
And the manner to lubricate the treadmill was difficult to understand

Compact treadmill

Love my treadmill but you don't want to touch the display unit when your on it by mistake or you could be going top speed from barely touching the higher speeds.

Sensitive treadmill

Although the treadmill itself turned out to be great, the 'manual' which explains how to use it and how to resolve issues is poorly written. When I first turned it on, there was an error message, the directions on how to remedy were inept, and emailing the 'help line' was useless. Finally figured it out myself and am enjoying getting some exercise while in isolation.

User Manual Useless

The carpet is very thin and already makes a lot of noise after 2 weeks of use. I give 3 * because of the price. In short, a reasonable quality / price ratio.

Reasonable price-performance ratio

Purchased 04/16/2020   I am 5'4”, 145 pounds.
I like the compact and the light weight nice to stow away.
This treadmill is good for short person NOT for tall person because its
  running area is too short.
Instruction how to operate confused hard to understand between auto and manual mode. 
After 10 hours of using, intermittently grinding sound from somewhere.
I lubricated the belt and the grinding sound still existed.
I threw away their box.
I will call Costway today.

Im still trying to figure out the control panel. The instruction manual is useless. It also elevates slightly and due to a lower spine injury, i need a flat surface. For tge price, im notvthat impressed

This seemed like a good deal. It is not. The instructions are useless. 
Still cannot stop the walking belt without disengaging the safe key or power button on the base.  It stays on at .5 mph. There is NO stop. 
BE VERY CAREFUL using the arrow to increase the speed. It goes from 0 to 8 in the blink of an eye.

Worst Purchase ever.... The treadmill is loose an unsturdy cant even put a device on the stand because it will fall by slow jogging. unfortunately i ordered this before they stocked my local store with a much better sturdier treadmill.. Hopefully i can sell this and purchase a new one without taking so much of a loss!
