Very light,nice and comfortable for my small  bathroom. Save space,looks like very expensive. I am happy to have important things  for me.

This product is really nice and beautiful looking.  I have use it for a year now and it has kept the perfect sturdiness since installation, and the same shiny conditions. It looks expensive and modern. I want to add that I used a new set of screws to hold the weight and keep the wall conditions. I clean it with a microfiber towel, once a week to keep the shiny look. I use it to hold anything I want, towels, toilet paper, décor, and cosmetic rack holders. Very nice in general, you can decide the best use; and with good care, it will last a long time.  Make sure you level it very well in order to place all parts together with a proper fit.  Very well made. Deliver took a little bit of a time.

There were no instructions. The website was helpful.

This is actually only 22" wide and barely 5" high. This is very disappointing. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and finding one that actually measures 24" wide like the existing towel bar I am trying to match. 
Apparently their measurements are from the outward most points of the discs that go against the wall and not the towel rack itself. That seems a bit shady. Just publish the ACTUAL dimensions of the ACTUAL rack which is what people are ACTUALLY interested in.

Not worth the price

No instructions and the plates looked worn. The finish on the plates  was not smooth but mottled.

Not what I expected

Installation with the hardware supplied is impossible.  The screw sinks are so hard that they spin when trying to screw in the screws.  It's also hard to get to the screws. I quit after trying one and it spun and made a bigger hole in my wall.  Now I have the other three in my wall which I will have to get out and patch the holes.  I didn't even want to give one star but not allowed.  The item looks real nice but you will have to buy your own mounting screws and wall sinks.  I threw away the box so I hope I can still somehow get my money back and go with a different towel rack.
