Bought the Pitt Boss Sierra last year and haven't quit using it. You can cook so many things on it and at one time . When we go camping it goes too.So easy to clean and use,just love it

Pit Boss Grills

Pit boss really delivers a one of a kind griddle. No one else in the market has the ceramic coated non stick surface. Sure there are a lot of features in the stand but who cares? But the cook surface, wow does this griddle exceed expectations. Maintenance is easy, cleanup is water and a paper towel, itcan be adjusted to be level  and it also won't rus. Google a Blackstone that sat outside in the winter and you will save yourself a major headache by purchasing the pit boss. I've cooked everything from eggs, naan bread, and stir fried rice. You need almost no butter, and you can put so much food on at one time. I love it.

Fast, easy and smooth cooking. Clean up is quick and easy.

Bought a month or so ago and 5 cooks so far.  Not understanding how some folks are having sticking issues.  I'm able to use far less oil than with a carbon steel griddle and clean up is as easy as heat, some water to loosen any bits, wipe clean, a super light oil coat and ready for the next time.  USE PLASTIC TOOLS - Pit Boss makes a great set.  Only complaint is the propane cylinder doesn't allow for the left shelf to fully fold down.  If it could, covers could be smaller and the unit would take much less space to store.

Good griddle it fell apart on me several times from being taken camping  5 star griddle if you treat it well

Good enough for at home

The cooking surface is great, and easy to clean. The nobs are very cheap, and easily broken. The left handle on the one I purchased didn't make it through one summer before breaking off. The legs design is HORRIBLE. VERY weak, and wobbly. I have the devil's own time getting the stupid thing to stand evenly, and not want to collapse on one side. I should have just spent more on a good brand.

You get what you pay for.

The ceramic nonstick worked for about 1 use. I have the proper tools that will not damage the coating. However after the first use I have had food stick every time I use this. I would highly recommend nobody buys this unless they sell one with a typical griddle, not non stick. When food inevitably sticks to the “non stick” surface, removing it without metal scrapers is very difficult.

“Super stick”

Have had this unit for approximately 1 year. Have had issues since I got it. 1st one of the burners would not light with the igniter. I contacted pit boss and was sent a new set of igniters and that corrected that issue. The main issue I have is with the nonstick top. EVERYTHING sticks and cleaning is a nightmare!  I have tried oiling the top before I use it nothing seems to work. I bought this unit because it was nonstick. I bought an electric nonstick from a competitor and it works great. It is electric and I wanted a propane for outdoors so I bought this unit. 
I have had great service from my pit boss pellet smoker so when I saw that pit boss offered this unit I bought one. Bad mistake!
