Easy to refill and works great. It's super quiet and I love you LED light which you can use if you want. We love the extra humidity and moisture it adds to the normally dry winter air.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this humidifier. You can fill it and it will be good for 48hours. The remote is a nice touch with easy to use front pannel. The cold mist is such a touch and we have definitely noticed a change in humidity for the house.

Tall an Mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] spout design is awful. needs to be smaller so mist gets thrown further. this device's mist, on max setting, can soak a carpet overnight. raised mine with a 2 ft tall nightstand table, issue solved. other than that, a warm mist function would bring this to a next level. lack of warm mist is the only thing keeping this from a 5th star. easy to fill, quiet, and the mist is 'dense'. my RH goes up as fast on cool mist as it does w/the levoits i also have, on warm mist. just make sure to elevate this if using the high output mist setting.

needs minor improvements

Keeping up the maintenance on this product is daily %26 is hard to clean in the sink because of it's size. I only used tap water because when it says to use distilled water, that can get expensive. The mist that comes out tends to leave film on surfaces!

Bad choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds lots of water that lasts a while, but it's not very easy to clean—the tank is long and narrow. Also, humidity reader seems a bit off.  It does produce good humidity for a large room, which is the most important thing for a cold Midwest winter—just know it's not perfect!

Good humidity, but hard to clean.

I was really excited about this humidifier, but it didn't work for us. To start, I realized right away that filling it was going to be an issue. The tank is so long and narrow with no good way to grip it. Plus, the opening on top was smaller than I would have expected. This meant that filling it on site was going to come with the risk of splashing/spilling - but carrying the tank to the water source was also difficult. Plus, it's too tall to fit in my sink. I could tell cleaning it was going to be a huge issue because of how narrow and restricted the inside of the tank was. Secondly, the remote and controls were not very intuitive. If you turn it off and then back on again, it doesn't have the previously used settings saved. You have to start all over again to set it the way you want. Lastly, there are only three mist levels, and the lowest level was too high. I will be returning it.

I wanted to love it, but...

When it works, it's great! but if you accidentally splash water in the wrong hole, you have to dump the entire humidifier and start over which is a serious pain in the butt.  And don't try to adjust its location once you set it down and start filling because it will not start. Ugh. I just wanted a good humidifier that isn't a ton of work. This is not it. Unfortunately I bought two of them.

Way too much trouble shooting.

This humidifier requires constant upkeep to get it to function correctly. It's “smart” features work to keep you from operating the humidifier unless you follow the required maintenance/upkeep schedule in the manual.
I'd recommend getting a simple humidifier instead of this one. If only it was smart enough to maintain itself…

Looks pretty but doesn't operate well without work

Don't buy. Directions state do not place on carpet or wood floors. What a joke. What house doesn't have either? Only rooms I have ceramic tile floors are the bathrooms. Don't need humidifier in the bathrooms.
