This product fixed everything I was feeling bad for, bloody nose, stuffy nose and dry skin.  My husband has not been coughing like he was.  We set it up in the living room and let it run all day.  I suggested this for my mother who coughs at night so I hope if fixes her issues.  I purchased 3 other brands and sent them all back, this is the keeper.

It's big, easy to refill, quiet and works like a champ.  It runs for 10-12 hours for me on a single top off.  It's quiet and you can shut the lights off on it.  I knew it was too dry in the house when I got a nosebleed.  I knew the humidity was really low because I kept zapping myself on doorknobs.  That's usually at 25% or less, which is really, really low. When I plugged it in, it was reading the ambient humidity at 17% - basically desert humidity levels.  We're now at 38%.  I'm no longer zapping myself on door knobs and my nose is so much better.  I love this thing.  I'm going to order more and put one in every room.

Awesome!!!  Expensive but Well Worth It

Sorry, I always want to give a 5 star rating, but only if it deserves all 5. unfortunately, this item doesnt qualify in my opinion. i was hoping the essential oil would actually make the house smell like essential oil.  it does NOT even smell at all. i dont know why they even have a useless cartridge to put oil in, it just runs out before you get it stuck nack in, its really not well made at all.  That was the reason for getting this product. So it definitely disappointed with thd cost. What i do like is that it is quiet, if you set the humidity level low it lasts a couple days without having to fill thd water bucket, That is awesome. It does steam or mist nicely and it has made the house not as dry. i wouldnt recommend to anyone wanting a humidifier with an essential oil fetaure that clearly does not function. its useless in that regaurd. But, for the mist and settings its great. Will be looking for another brand with a better useful difuser option.

it lasted around 2-3 months until it started acting up the plastic to the oil dispenser melted into the body of the machine, alot of mold and gunk forms pretty quickly so ull have to clean it regularly and water can get into the motherboard after cleaning it so you have to only use a dry clothe to clean it,

i bought this humidifier because someone me and my faience know had one in the their guest bedroom and we really liked it so i took the plunge and bought one despite the high price tag. we had it for a few months and it was great we loved having the remote so we didn't have to get out of bed to turn it on or off and change all the settings it was great for my dry nose and helped with my snoring and while i was sick. BUT!!! a few months ago it started putting out error codes. we'd follow whatever trouble shooting we found in the manual and online and its work for maybe a few hours and then error code again, i let it fully dry out washed the base and the tank re-filled it and it ran for a good amount of time decided it was time to move it back to its spot in our bedroom. unplugged it got ready to move it got it set up again plugged it back in turned it on, and error code all over again, for the amount of money i spent to basically have a massive table weight that i need to dry completely out every time i need to move it its annoying. and its past the return date and i no longer have the original packaging coz we had it for months before the error codes started. when its working the humidity is great it helps with my dry nose in the winter to prevent the nose bleeds i'd get otherwise. and the mist output is great. when it decides its going to work. but right now i'm not happy. i spent alot of money on pretty much a big paper weight. its given a couple error codes but the main one i get is the EF which according to what i've read online means that theres to much water in the base or that the float thing is stuck and its not reading right. the floats fine and its not like i'm pouring the water directly into the base i'm filling it into the reservoir and it auto fills the base. i've tried dumping and re-filling but the only way i've gotten it to stop doing it is to let it dry out for a couple days and then re-fill, but as soon as i unplug it to move it back to its spot error codes start popping up again. i'm extremely disappointed and i would not recommend this humidifier to anyone at this point

error codes for no reason????

I bought this item after reading the srticle on it and its benefits, price was reduced, sounded right for me.  Received it, set it up, plugged it in and awesome. Worked great for 4 days, then stopped. Could not restart. It has so many "gadgets" as extras on it and I'm not one for them, but what I think happened is a sensor broke and that sent the whole machine down. I ordered another one, the same kind, received that one, and another break down. I sent both back to get a refund. I hope they find the cause of 2 machines with same problem. I liked it when it was working. Would buy again if in good working condition.

Looked Good, but wasn't!

it never worked. it looked brand new. 
flimsy plastic materials would do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The humidifier has a sensor that said the water tank was empty when it is not. It works for about a minute and then shuts off. I reset the machines computer and it gave me an error code E2. I had to return it.

The water tank cracked, having issues with the humidifier it's self, clean it out to see if it will work and it didn't. I hope it can be replaced because I didn't have it for a few days and now I have all of these issues.
