The unit that I received was high quality pine that was perfectly milled .
The wood is thick with no warping or rough edges .
There are not many knots and no defects on mine .
It has an interesting and very attractive grain pattern .
I am very impressed with this unit .
I applied a couple of coats of tinted shellac on mine .
I consider it strange to paint solid wood furniture
or to clear coat it without staining it first .
A light golden brown stain on this unit would be perfect .

A high quality unit !

It is tedious to assemble but not really difficult. Took about 45 minutes per cart for me alone. I purchased two for use in my closet as an island and am pleased. I did not use the casters. The only thing I recommend is while you are assembling, go ahead and use wood glue to affix the drawer bottoms in place. Otherwise they slide out every time you pull the drawers out and are a pain. I have since glued mine in place and also used adhesive shelf liners inside. Although a low price point, it is a real wood piece of furniture that I expect to last me for years to come.

Patience needed during assembly but worth it

Very sturdy set of drawers. Using in a guest room — can wheel it into a closet when not needed. Assembly was a bit challenging: The screws are not self tapping and they go into a very thin section that is not pre drilled. Actually had to repair two drawer sections that split before I pre drilled everything.

Sturdy and moveable chest of drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wooden boards are unfinished so they will require sanding and painting. Assembly takes about an hour. The wheels roll around smoothly and the drawers slide in and out nicely as well. I like the size and that it doesn't take up too much room. Definitely a great feature that it can be rolled around.

Linon Home Decor Products Inc

Love this cabinet! Looks great in my craft room and is perfect for my beading supplies. Took my daughter and I two hours to put together.
I didn't give it 5 stars because there are no pilot holes. I had to get out my drill and drill my own. Also, there are no stops for the drawers.

Great Cabinet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this storage cart! Feels and looks like good quality wood and not that super cheap kind! Nice size drawers not to shallow so you can put a bunch in one drawer.

Nice quality storage cart!

This is "WOOD" pine, yet it is pretty hard for pine I think. But manufacturer does not provide drilled piolet holes for all the places needed. Only some. This almost suridly caused a lot of breakthrough and wood splitting. WHAT A MESS. Tok a lot longer than expected and I would not advise this for a novice. Not suppose to use "POWER TOOLS" that is a joke. Of course we did we had to try to do out own piolet holes. And don't even get me started on these totally inadequate instructions and silly pictorials. BUYER BEWARE! Have someone helping that has at least some building/carpenter experience. NEVER AGAIN, but this cart is pretty sturdy if you can get it together.

They do not provide pre-drilled piolet hole for al

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was terrible to put together. The outer side was pretty easy to assemble and I could follow the directions. As I got to the drawers the holes were pre-drilled poorly and it was really difficult to place them. I waited and had my brother come by and help because I didn't want to re-drill holes and then they not be in the correct spot or have it crack. It did split and you can see that on one of my pictures. Once assembled it was secure and stable. It stores things nicely, but I will go with another product that has the holes pre-drilled better so I can do it myself without any help. I don't recommend this product.

Not the best quality, go with another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once together, it's a nice drawer. but the process of putting it together was very difficult. The screws and nails are not the best as the screws were not all straight and were easily stripped when putting into the wood. The wood is nice quality but the pilot holes were not all aligned up either. But it turned out okay once together. But I finished with a small headache. And it completely eroded my father's drill bit so might wanna have back up tools .

Okay for a Small Wood Cabinet

Bought this a year ago. The instructions were fine but the fitment was out. This shouldn't be a difficult thing to do - other companies CNC cut cabinets like this all the time and they fit perfectly. The bottom fits and the drawers are fine, but the top is too wide by .125" to .25" so the drawers are barely supported on the plastic slides. It's partly bad machining and also cheap wood so it doesn't fit together properly. I've tried to correct it but re-drilling for dowels by hand isn't precise enough. I love the size and amount of drawers but the top drawers are barely holding onto the slides on one end - no excuse for this.

Bad fitment
