I suggest making them, setting aside while the colors move through slowly and coming back to them. I think I enjoyed it just as much as my 6 year old boy! Definitely will purchase again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE doing this set with my kids. We have gotten it a few times. The kids LOVE making the butterflies and I love that it is science. Its messy but its fun. Great for kids ages 4-8 maybe older too! They make cute gifts when done too! Added bonus!

Yeasss do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a gift for my 6.yr old daughter as i bought the crayola flower one and she loved it.  this works well and the butterflies get these wonderful colors after soaking. i waited until it was like $16 though, to get it.

I bought this as a gift that was on a child's wish list.  It wasn't easy to find, but Walmart had it and it was delivered quickly.   I like that it is a STEAM gift.

We loved making these butterflies and having the ability to make them in so many different colors.  My only wish is that you sold more paper refill kits.  We've tried coffee filters and it's just not the same effect.

Wonderful way to mix colors and have show them off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this for about a month. The colors turn out very vibrant.  It is easy and fairly mess free. It does take a few hours to dry. The imagination is your only limit to get these butterflies to really stand out. More paper cutouts of the butterflies would be nice to have. My 7 year old had a great time doing this project.

Don't get me wrong, the product is good quality and my daughter had lots of fun. However, that there are no refills pack offered is just extremely disappointing. My daughter did the whole 12 of them in 2 days and now I should, what? Just throw the whole to the garbage? That's just really bad business and very wasteful.

Would be a 5 star if refills were available
