The helmet is designed for safety for when children want to ride bicycles, scooters, and more! My son enjoys drawing on it. It is very easy to wipe off, which is great. You do not need any water. It is pretty big, size fits all. The helmet is not rough at all, it is very smooth.  My son absolutely loves it and it makes me so happy to see him happy. It is such a fun and creative activity. I highly recommend this product.

It is comfortable to my son and fits well. The chalk helmet is so fun and sparks my sons creativity. He enjoys making new designs and then wearing them for our bike rides. What A Great Wat For Kids To Be Creative and Safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was so excited to get this we had to open it right away so that he could start "decorating" it. The helmet is a great fit for him, he is 5. He loved being able to draw on the helmet and then wipe it ofd the next day and draw other things on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helmet is perfect for my 6 year old son.  He loves to decorate it with chalk before using it for the day! It's a great motivation for him to wear it because with the chalk it's all his designs.  The chalk was included. 
 The protection it provides makes this mama very happy.  It features an ABS outer shell, multi-vented, and aerodynamic styling.  The chin strap is made from nylon and super easy to adjust.  Keep them looking good and protected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid loves the ability to draw his own designs on this bike helmet.  He gets to customize what he wears to suit his personality. As a parent, I like how sturdy the helmet feels.  It really puts me at ease to know his head is protected by this very strong plastic.  However, I wasn't as happy with the length of the straps. My son is six and a half years old and we had to cinch the straps way up to get a good fit.  I would say it's more sized for 8 years and up. The drawings are in chalk, which is really cool for easy washability.  However, they colors are not quite a vibrant or easily detailed as some of our other artwork. But, since it's chalk, it's easy to get more and different colors at the store.

We bought the product following the age recommendation to find it is far too small for both of our children. the pads provided are not changeable so we could not use thinner versions. The helmet is not adjustable.

This helmet is terrible. Do not recommend

This helmet doesn't even come close to fitting my 7 year old who is big for his age. Says it fits 5-8 year olds, yeah right! The strap is so big on this helmet it would fit an adult size head. Even on the smallest setting the chin strap will not stay under his chin and then helmet would just fall off if he moved his head.
