Colors are incredibly vibrant and apply smoothly.

Suitable for school projects, art, and creative activities.

The color pencils were a gift. It is nice to know the colors were bright and not faded-looking. The recipient was thrilled with getting and using them. I was sent a photo of the artwork. The child recently lost a grandparent and I was hoping to cheer him up with some art supplies. It definitely did that!

Good colors and reasonably priced.

I am an artist and a crafter.
I love my Crayola colored pencils set of 50 colors. I love the choice of colors.
I also like that the pencils themselves hold up to constant use. Several different brands I have used break and splinter during use. I hate that and it is quite frustrating when you are working on a special project and you are crippled by your utensils.
I have used Crayola crayons and pencils for many years and have never been disappointed. Way ahead of the competition.

Crayola has always been a favorite, these are no exception. Well crafted, not easily broken as other brands can be, and the 50 count provides a beautiful range of colors. I use these with adult coloring books and have been pleased every single time.

Smooth for Coloring

I have been buying these color pencils for my kids since they were in kindergarten and now my oldest is in their thirties and my youngest is 14 and I'm still buying them because they are of great quality! The colors are vividly alive and they sharpen easily. My grandkids love when I get them there color pencils instead of the crayons!

These pencils make days filled with laughter and creativity in our home! I love them and their lifespan is significantly longer than other popular pencil brands. Trying them is adopting them.

Unforgettable Magic Moments

I bought several adult coloring books. I wanted to give them more colors than 24 so this is a good amount. I bought 100 for another person I think will do it more often. I am glad there are different quantities and I am pleased that online shows what to expect from the colors in each.

I am happy with this amount.

I use Faber-Castell, Prismacolor, Derwent and Blick colored pencils. I have no hesitation in declaring that I prefer the Crayola pencils over the Derwent /Prismacolor pencils because 1) Crayola pencils dont "drop powder" during use, and, 2) I can sharpen them easily and get the "blunt" out of the lead without losing the lead itself. The pigment is strong, the lay down is even, and I can exert an enormous amount of color in one section before I experience waxing. The cost of these pencils, and their quality, is outstanding. I wish Crayola Company would go toe-to-toe with the big guys in the colored pencil field and create a collection of 120 different pencils at a cost comperable to their 50 ct collection; I think they could make an enormous dent in the profits of companies like Prismacolor, Derwent, etc. You wont regret getting these pencils, I guarantee you.

As Good as Faber-Castell

i used to love crayola products but lately the colored pencils have been hard to sharpen. ive used several pencil sharpeners and the pencil tips continue breaking falling off after sharpening. ive had to buy several packs to replace the colors i use a lot. i finally just quit coloring.

okay but doesn't sharpen well

I ordered these colored pencils for my daughter, it came in a plastic bag, and when I opened the bag, all the pencils were out of the box and this is a set for 50 colored pencils, but there were only 27 pencils in the bag. Almost half missing! So disappointed!

Almost half missing!

The colored pencils are cool and everything, but the way it was packaged was as if they dumped the pencils in the box and shipped it out. I had to tape the bottom immediately because I didn't want a big mess with pencils all over the place. I suggest going to the store and buying them!

Total wreck!!

Crayola Coloured Pencils, 48 Count presharpened set of 48 coloured pencils with thick soft cores for blending and shading, presented in a presharpened pack ready for drawing, note-taking and school projects; often used as a compact sketching kit for travel.
