Bought for gifts and the kids love them! The colors are vibrant and the light up board makes it even more fun for the kids make sure the napkin is slightly wet when wiping it off because it does take some time to clean it. But over all I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing light up board!

this is the second  crayola light board we have owned. my kids love it.

I wish it was rechargeable, however once you put batteries in they do last a long time if you shut it off when it isn't in use. 

once it is on, on the back you press the button on the front to turn it into various light modes: solid, flashing, fade. it is only a white light. it comes with markers which you color on the board with. they light up when the light is on. 

it erases with a little water and a towel or for deep cleaning a spritz of window cleaner. 

i wish it came with its own towel to clean it or a special eraser that the child can use. however, it isn't a big deal.

the markers will dry out very fast if you have a child that doesn't put lids on. otherwise the markers put out very good color. you can also purchase the markers separate if the do dry out.



over all I've always been very happy with these. my kids love to draw on it. its a nice change going from paper to this, especially because it reduces paper waste because it is reusable. 

currently all of my children love it they are ages 2,5, and 8. I'd say around 8 is probably when they loose interest, but it depends on the child.

great light board provides fun for many ages

we got this for my daughter for Christmas and she really likes it for how she can draw a picture and see the colors in the light. I really like that there is a spot to hold all six of the markers so that they don't get lost or have to be put with regular markers. My only note that knocks it down to four stars instead of five is that I wish it came with possibly a cloth that's designed to take away the marker rather than having to find somebody else in our home because it makes the marker stay on the screen longer and doesn't completely clear it away.

Purchased three of these for grandchildren.  Have not seen them in action but I've been told every child loves it and plays with it everyday.  Although given the price point and how many things are now chargeable, these take three batteries.  Minus a star as they would have been perfect  without the batteries.

Great gift

My grandchild loved this for Christmas.  Opened while we were there and played with it. 
The only thing is that it was hard to clean. I think they've figured out a way but I'm not sure. 
The markers ran out of ink pretty quick...they were small. BUT that slso shows how much it was used and enjoyed!

I gifted this to my 7 and 4 yr old for Christmas. My 7 year old loves to use this in sensory time at school. My 4 yr old is currently working on writing skills and fine motor task to get ready for kindergarten. My career is occupational therapy in pediatric setting I love that this toy is not over stimulating and gives light or no light depending on kiddo preference. I do love that it does motivate coloring/drawing for hand muscles as some kids are motivated by the light being on and  their creative being displayed! 

My only Con is that I currently use a baby wipe to clean it and I feel like there is still streaks, I have attempted windex and the expo cleaner. The expo marker cleaner seems to work best.

Fine motor promotor

I bought this as gifts for my grandson along with one from Target that was FOA Schwarz brand. The other was better. Had more coloring options and a traceable pattern… etc.  So that is why I am only giving it 4 *.

Such a cool idea! Honestly would have given it 5 stars if it was easier to clean off the marker but it's hard to wipe so the kids just get irritated and set it aside and forget about it

Could be great with just a little fix

it's made very cheap for the price, it has no eraser , you have to get a wet rag then dry with paper towels B4 they can draw again. for the price very disappointing. the quality of the tablet itself is made very cheap...very disappointed

very unsatisfied

initially it was really cool. clean up is a nuisance. it just smears and leaves a film on after unless cleaned with a cleaner. got it for my 5 yr old so thats a solid "no go" for me. just my humble opinion.
