This sound card is awesome!  I don't say that very often but this deserves a awesome.  If your ears have only heard onboard sound then you need to try a dedicated sound card.  The difference is night and day.  Sound Blaster has been around for decades, they were the standard for sound cards back when computer gaming was in its infancy.  The price tag may be steep for some but if you like good sound then you owe it to yourself and get this package.
