We worked in this together and we took our time planting and decorating. Once we added water, the chia seeds only took a few days to sprout! My child was excited! I felt like they were learning about nature while still having fun.

Those younger than 6 may need parent guidance and supervision. I would like to get another set for my grandmother because she enjoys crafts and gardening. This would be right up her alley. It comes with everything you need to decorate your very own fairy garden and my kids enjoy creating this work of art from a simple empty vessel. We like to check in every few days to see if the chia seeds have sprouted.

My daughter loves fairies and this thing is just so cute and fun for all ages! My daughter is only 6 and found it fun but me as a mom loved watching it as well! Very creative for a child to do and watch the stuff grow. I love how you can layer the different things for some bright colors to add to the cute design! This would be perfect for a gift because it is one they will be able to watch it grow for some time!

Super cute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did this activity with my 5 year old with assistance from gramma, grampa and the neighbor. Each one of us played a part in helping at some point during the process. The stickers didn't stay on very well, especially the hearts which fell immediately and we never got to stick. We threw them out. The dirty and sand layers were simple and we managed to get the stones just in front with adult assistance because she can't do things like that yet at her age. The watering part could've been easier if instead of a dropper they had given us a tiny spray bottle. We just did this activity the other day so nothing has sprouted yet but I'm sure it will and it already looks cute so that's good.
