[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fun for the kids. My daughter really enjoyed customizing the container with the stickers and planting the seeds! It even has an educational section that shows how seeds grow. I love that you can see the roots growing in the container. She's having a blast keeping it alive!

Educational as well as fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely one of the most interesting and fun things I have experienced together with my children. They were so excited to get started on this kit once I brought it home. Clear instructions were given and it was so easy to put together. My kids are ages 6 and 8, but I imagine this would also be great for kids of any age. Within a few days, we noticed roots growing at the bottom. Within a week, we noticed sprouts springing up. After a few weeks in, the sprouts were growing so tall that we decided to remove the cap off the jar to give it more room to grow. And it definitely grows. It's now over 6 inches past the top of the jar. The kids are amazed at how much it grows every day that goes by. I don't know how long this will last, but I have a feeling it'll be here for a while as long as we keep spraying it down with water. It's one of those things where a little bit of money goes a long way!

The jar of wonder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Grow N' Glow Terrarium was a hit for our kids! We have 2 girls aged 5 and 10 and each of them loved doing this experiment! Everyday they came home asking to water their grass lol I highly suggest it as it's super easy, simple packaging and simple instructions!

A hit! The kiddos loved it!!

What a fantastic gift! Starts growing right away. Kept my young kiddo's attention right off the bat. Was a perfect way to give her a "garden" in the middle of winter. Highly recommend.

Worth it!

Faber-Castell USA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loved this! She had so much fun doing it all on her own, with supervision. It's easy to do for school age and the instructions are easy to follow. She's excited to continue to take care of it and see how it grows. An adorable little project, highly recommend.

Great educational project!

Although it was testing in regard to working with two toddlers. (3 and 1 3/4), it was a pretty smooth project other than and mix of layers, which is all in good fun of exploring. Great results. Anyone know if the wheatgrass and chia seeds are edible?

Achievement with a 3 and 1 1/2 year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comes with everything you will need to do a fun project with a child. I have a toddler and she is so proud of our terrarium! The box gave a pamphlet with 5 or 6 easy to follow instructions. After about two days we had rooting, and by day 4 the terrarium was steamy and looked like those photos attached to this review. We were given this Grow and Glow terrarium for free for my honest review.

Easy, fun, and everything is included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was begging to do this project from the day it arrived. She had so much fun learning about the different layers the soil needed to be placed in so the plants could grow. She has been watering her plants for the past month now and they have grown so much we had to remove the lid. She has already talked me into buying a different kit from the same brand so she can do it again.

Kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 and 8 year old enjoyed this kit. They used their creativity to decorate the jar and were so excited that the figures, some stickers, and the sand glowed in the dark. My kids were very impatient after planting, but the seeds started sprouting after about 3 days, and we measured their growth every day. We did struggle with a small mold ball growing on top of the soil despite only misting the seeds with the included sprayer and leaving the lid off and in a sunny location. I like that the kit includes enough seeds and rocks to be able to plant again. It's not a big deal that I need more soil to do it again, but i do wish that it included more glow in the dark sand to use for future uses.

Kids loved this glow in the dark terrarium

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute activity to do with the kids, or comes with everything needed to put together a mini terrarium in a small plastic container. It includes, glowing sand, stones, grassa and chia seeds, also stickers to decorate the jar. The only cons I find so that kids aren't that patient to be waiting for the plants to grow or to be taking care of it, at least it's not the case of my son. Still, it's something different to do.

Cute idea

The first instruction is to mix the soil with 1/2 cup of water and mix the soil until clumpy like clay. We did this and it was way too much water. It never clumped up and all our additional layers became one. Looks like cat litter and nothing like the package displays. Bummer
