I don’t style my hair often but I use it whenever I dlow dry my hair to protect from the heat. It smells good and is not noticeable in the hair is good.

I still need to add another one of my hair serums I normally use to make keep my hair soft and hydrated so I really don’t see the point of using this. It says it’s a “heat styling protector” but you never know! I wouldn’t buy it again
