[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging included oil which was nice. It also has a feature to increase the grip force with a hex key. I usually haven't had need to torque past what I could pretorque but I see this being more useful than trying to guesstimate and repeatedly clamping. Rubber pad on the release lever is a nice touch and they come undone without much effort for when you don't need to hold on anymore

Vice grip good products

Their easy release makes it easy to release the grip once you're ready to remove them from their alligator like grip. The handles are very comfortable to hold while loosening or tightening. With serval sizes and to choose from, there is the for the right job at hand.

Alligator like grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These locking pliers have been amazing for me.  Ive been using the same pair of vice grips for years and they were my dads and he had them for decades before I took them.  They were trusty but definitely showed their age.  
I put these to quick use while redoing many components of my motorcycle.  I used them as hose clamps and a wrench and everything in between.  I have been pleased with the build quality and the small needle nose pliers will be my go to pliers.  Im afraid they will wear out first but only due to being used the most.

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pliers. They hold tight every time. The Alan key in the bottom makes them great for getting a good bite on anything. The teeth are great for holding tight to anything you like. Will definitely use all the time.

Nice 5 pc set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They grip bolts well and also have a good clamping force. I like the hex socket on the end lets me get it tighter with out hurting my hands. The only draw back is they dont have a high leverage  release .

Good set of locking pliers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of 5 pc locking pliers is a nice collection of size function. The grip is very strong on them. I used the long nose pliers to remove a stuck and stripped bolt on one of my vehicles. A little bit of lubrication and the pliers made it come out very easy. The release is easy to use and doesn't get stuck like others.

Nice size and variety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I liked most about these locking pliers was that the jaws come together perfectly at the tip. Nothing is more irritating than not being able to get a good grip on something small and stubby. To test this, I put staples in plywood and was able to clamp on and pull them out without scarring the plywood face. The plastic dipped lever is also a nice touch. 

I found the wire cutters did not work well on thin wires but did better as the wire diameter increased. Most of the time I wouldn't use locking pliers to cut wires but it does come in handy. 

Having a set with multiple sizes is great and allows you to choose the proper size for your application. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for solid locking pliers.

Solid set with perfectly aligned jaw tips.

I've been trying to use this set for about a year now. They work ok if you can manage to turn the adjustment knob. Out of the package these have been almost impossible to adjust. I struggle with them every time I use them. I've tried lubing them and working the adjustment knob with an Allen key thinking they would loosen up but they never have. I bought these to replace my old beat up set… but these sit in my toolbox and I'm still using my old ones.
