Rotary cutters work great on many materials

I have a hard time using the cutter. Sometimes I can use it and it cuts fine other times the same weight and texture paper I make a score line. I don't get it but going to keep trying.

Rotary Cutter

I purchased this cutter so it would not get mixed up with my fabric rotary cutters. I do like it, but the safety button is in the wrong place. When using it, the button is very sensitive and it closes when cutting with it.

Very sensitive

I got this rotary cutter thinking great it will cut fabrics and I won't need another brand. Well I had the cricut maker cut all the squares for a whole quilt but this rotary cutter gets dull before I even finished squaring off some of the chained quilt pieces. I got the replacement blades, same thing there. I had to replace the blade 2 on a toddler bed sized quilt. That is not good. I can't keep buying replacement blades for every project, that is a waste! I'm disappointed. The other thing about this rotary cutter is that the safety lock gets pressed so easily because I'm putting so much pressure on the blade trying to use. It shouldn't have to be this much work.

Great idea but only for paper

Unfortunately I have tried using this Rotary Cutter and have tightened the blade on but it is very flimsy and very hard to get any kin of cut out of it. I have used others with no problems but will not recommend this one.

Poor Quality Rotary Cutter 45mm

It cuts great, if it stays open long enough to cut - it's too sensitive and too easy to hit the closing trigger.  I always have to re-open the thing mid-cut over and over again.  Very frustrating.
