[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about the Cricut Smart Shimmer Permanent Vinyl. The shimmer is truly gorgeous, sparkly, vibrant, and elegant without being over the top. It has this perfect glow that makes every project stand out, whether I'm decorating mugs, making decals, or personalizing gifts. One of the biggest reasons I love it is how clean it is to work with. Unlike other shimmer or glitter vinyls I've used in the past, this one doesn't leave any mess behind, no sparkles stuck to my hands or table afterward! It's completely shed-free and flake-free, which makes the whole crafting process so much more enjoyable. It's also super convenient because it doesn't require a mat. I can load it right into my Cricut machine and start cutting right away. It cuts smoothly, weeds easily, and adheres beautifully to every surface I've tried. The quality is excellent, durable, long-lasting, and stunning from every angle. This vinyl has quickly become one of my favorites. I like the look of the black shimmer Smart Vinyl but wish the backing sheet was not quite as stiff. When I try to remove it, it is so stiff, it will sometimes not release the vinyl.

Backing sheet is far too stiff when trying to remove the vinyl with the transfer sheet - strong grip.

I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The color is beautiful, but it's almost impossible to get it to stick to the transfer paper.

Difficult Transfer
