Excellent service but a bit deficient. I would have expected to be able to print or save a bill worthy of the name rather than a semblance of screen print

Where to find an invoice?

Recipe that should take 8 hours, took 16, but still didn't cook properly. Some sort of film on the inside of the crock that no matter how many times I wash it, it won't come off. Thinking maybe it's the finish on the crock that is coming off. Only used it once and not willing to waste any more money on ingredients, so I will be returning it.

Don't waste your money

Been 6 years ago when I got this crockpot. And I haven't used it a lot. Maybe 10 times. Went to use it today 10/13/25 and it wont go to any hour to set. Power light flashes and thats it. It will go to 4hrs, but doesn't stay lit up and the power button is continuously flashing.
