Had been looking wanting a crockpot for sometime so I decided to buckle down and buy one , to my surprise it was on sale for a great price. This crockpot was a great investment I am able to make so many different meals for my family while I'm at work it's able to cook and they can still have home cooked meals! Literally saved from feeling burned out from work, school, and having to stand in the kitchen and cook at the end of the day. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Crockpot Gumbo pictured below.

I went with the Crock Pot brand this time around because it cooks at a higher temperature up to 450°F than the other brands, including Walmart's house brand, Mainstays. It also cooks at the usual lower temps of a slow cooker. Both brands I'd recommend for performance. I also thought an oval slow cooker would be more versatile for cooking whole chickens or a slab of beef or pork than the round shapes of slow cookers. I will roasts, chili, and have already made a hearty soup in the Crock.

Crock Pot is the original slow cooker

This slow cooker is large and easy to use, I use it every chance I get. The ceramic bowl and glass lid are easy to clean, plus you can easilyfind inserts which make clean-upa breeze. Everything you'd expect from a slow cooker at a great price. The only con I can think of is it does not have a l.e.d. "ON" indicator light like my old one did. I definitely recommend this crockpot for anybody needing one!

Great slow cooker

I bought this slow cooker to render tallow. I like the size and so far it's working great. I'm using the wet method to render tallow and I was able to fit a decent amount of fat plus the water.

I have done without a Crock-Pot but I saw this one on Walmart and I decided I wanted another one the one I had broke and I didn't think I would miss a Crock-Pot but I truly do

It is bigger and can more than you think actually looking at it. Looks good on my counter, and worked really well out the box. No complaints, would but again!

Nice look, dependable!

IT WAS SO BIG AND ROOMY I LOVE IT AND THE PRICE WAS UNBELIEVEABLE I EXPERIENCED THE DIGITAL MODEL WHICH STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE OF THE DIGITAL AREA BECOMING SHORT BUT I AM SURE I WILL ENJOY THIS FOR A WHILE!!!

This crockpot is fantastic! Big enough to cook for my whole family and save leftovers! Great price for a sturdy, well made kitchen appliance that will last me for years! I love my Crockpot!

Awesome slow cooker

Right out of the box, I slightly moved Crockpot on counter. Immediately heard/felt the scraping underneath. Added weight of EMPTY crock pressed down on bottom of outer shell enough to surface scratch countertop. Imagine the deep gouge that a full crock would make! That happened to another buyer and their review pictured the countertop damage now needing replacement that company wouldn't compensate. Unfortunately, I looked online at so many slow cookers, I forgot it was THIS one with design flaw.  Also,  rubber on its three "feet" makes sliding heavy Crockpot on counter to fill and then move back while it cooks very difficult. I overcame both these issues by placing heat-resistant acrylic cutting board underneath unit. Won't return since that was an acceptable solution and it does cook well.

WARNING: EXPOSED SCREWS ON BOTTOM SCRAPE COUNTER

I purchased a new crockpot because I needed to bring soup to someone that was recovering from surgery. Unfortunately, the new crockpot arrived with a major dent in the front.
