They seem to be a size larger so I would suggest ordering a size smaller than you normally wear. Bought a size  9 instead of 10 at another retailer and they fit much better.

These are very nice and comfortable. I got my regular size (8) and they fit just right without using the strap but when I use the strap, my feet feel a little pushed to the front of the shoe. My mom ended up keeping them and I got some other ones in a bigger size (9) and those are perfect !

These black Crocs are the best! I have had several pairs of black Crocs & have worn them out! I have some for the garden, some for in the house, & some to wear to work. I bought these to replace my old house Crocs. I have arch supports in them for extra support. I can't go barefooted anymore due to plantar fasciitis & high arches. I absolutley love these & now my whole family wears them in & out of the house!

I am a repeat customer & love these!

This new version of the Baya Clog is made in Vietnam. Older version made in China. Comparing the same size of the China and Vietnam versions, the Vietnam version fits one size smaller. I had to return an order then order a size up to match the China version in fit. Buyer pays for return shipping. The clog seems to be made of a softer plastic. I like the wide fit for my wide feet. I wear these in the house on tile floors, they last about two years. Crocs should list the country of manufacture so a buyer can either order a current size or order up a size.

I work in most of my Crocs. They are like walking in bedroom slippers. They could use more firm arch support. I am over weight and most of my clogs eventually start to click. *Note: I am just guessing that happens due to my extra weight* but I am still happy with them! In my opinion, they run true to size.

Healthcare Worker

as a firs responder that works 24 and 48 hour shift i was really looking forward to receiving my new crocs because they are very relaxing on my feet after such long work hours. i have other pairs that i have perches at a retailer that fit perfectly. But after buying directly from the site i was totally disappointed. at the store i usually get a women's 7 and they fit fine but this ones are way too big and i could return them but honestly i don't have the time to waist my only day off figuring out how the return process works. I don't understand why they would be different sizes on the site then in the store.

Can't give a 0 star! Size 12 does not fit and I can't return it. Have been wearing the same size/model for years without issue. This is too small for a 12, heel rides up on the edge and not within the floor of the shoe. With NO RETURN policy I can't return it. Have been buying your products for years and this is the last one... might as well buy Birkenstocks...

Bad fit and I can't return it

I bought the baya clogs for my husband and myself on April 17. While these two pairs were purchased on the same day and have been worn equal amounts, my husband's clogs have shrunk in length and width and completely faded while mine are the same. I have a photo of our two pairs side by side and you can see the substantial degradation of his pair versus mine. Considering we have had these shoes for less than a month and are in completely normal weather conditions it's insane that these shoes have already lost their integrity. With the price point and brand reputation I would have expected a more reliable product especially after a few weeks of wear.

Shrunken and discolored after only three weeks-not worth it.

I was disappointed with my Croc purchase. The shoe was smaller and narrow unlike the comfortable pair I wear daily. Even though I was told the size chart is the same, the manufacturers are not the same. On a positive note I was able to reach an agreement with customer service. Thank you.

Same croc different fit

I felt like the size was off. Although it said it was my size it was smaller than the blue ones I ordered at the exact same time. I tried chatting with customer service about it to return and order more but they was really asking for to much like take a picture side by side of the two pair I ordered. I stated that one pair is home and the other pair is at my spouse house but they didn't care about any of that. Customer service was no help at all.
