I was skidish to order a buffet that had to be put together but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was well coordinated,my daughter read the instructions and my son-in law did the putting together all went well and I would do it agsin, plus its more beautiful than I expected .great buy.

The item arrived undamaged and the directions for assembly were very thorough. I would recommend taking a photo of the package containing the screws, etc as once you open the package you can not read the hardware descriptions. My husband and I were able to assemble in about 2 hours. The end result is beautiful!

Very pretty

The sideboard is a nice sold piece of furniture, however the color online is different than what we received.  It has a very yellow/honey glow to it.  Online it seems more rustic or a lighter brown.  Other than that we are pleased with the quality.

Color online is not the same as in real life

I purchased this piece after weeks of online shopping/research to find a sideboard that met my storage needs and size constraints.  Color was critical to me, and I was pleased with what was pictured.  However, upon opening the box, I was horrified by the actual color.  It is horribly "gold," like old aged varnish - and not in a good way.  Due to circumstances out of my control (family emergency) by the time I opened the box it was past the allowable return period (30 days) so I was stuck with it.  Figured I'd put it together and try to sell it at a loss.  But, once it was assembled, I was so pleased with the quality of the overall piece, and the storage it offered - I decided to keep it and refinish it to the color I wanted.  (I have 30 years of refinishing experience - I would NOT recommend trying it if you aren't skilled.)  It's a great piece other than the color, assembly went flawlessly.  There are a lot of pieces, but basically easy to assemble.  The attached photo is my Photoshopped version approximating the actual color.

Be warned, it is not the color pictured!

I love the piece but it is very heavy for one person and it seems a bit flimsy. I hope it titens up some when I put the top on. I will review more after I finish

Love the look of it!

Pretty easy to put together. One corner of the top was damaged during shipment so I will have to fix that.  It seems pretty sturdy and should last for quite some time.
