[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum through Stellar Panel reviews but was really excited to try it as the home we moved into a couple months ago has kitchen tile that's never felt clean no matter how many times we mopped. This wet vac does a great job, the dirty water was black after using this thing! It didn't leave any streaks and seemed to do a much better job than a standard mop job would. The one thing to keep in mind is when you stop it it will leave a dirty water mark where you end so I'd need to wipe that up when I was finished but overall this was fantastic! Me and my husband kept joking about how many times we were going to Bissell each day, it's very satisfying and definitely worth it. I also really enjoyed the self cleaning feature. It's efficient, lightweight, and easy to use.

Cleans up quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll preface this by saying i'm not...a big vacuum fan. They are usually heavy, noisy, and don't do as well as a broom or a mop. I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful this thing was, but also how quiet it is. It's super lightweight as well, so it's not a huge chore to use plus being cordless helps a ton. I love how close to the wall I can get, and how easy it makes cleaning up messes. I have 6 kids, 2 dogs, and 5 cats so there is literally *always* something to clean up. This thing had no problem with small messes from my kids, spilled liquids, animal hair, etc. It makes maintenance very easy too, i can spent 10 minutes using it to just make sure everything is nice and tidy at the end of the day. The only thing I wish was it had a slightly longer battery life, but that's not a huge deal. Overall I am excited to have this in my arsenal and would definitely recommend it.

Sooo quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave is a cordless indoor wet/dry vacuumthat allows for multisurface cleaning.The lightweight design is perfect for me because I'm older and have some physical problems after a stroke. It does operate nicely though -- the push and pull of the machine is smooth and gentle on your back/arms. It's not too loud when in use and the cord is a really good length. The Edge is a nice machine, and definitely more convenient than vacuuming and mopping separately.The Zero-Gap Edge Technology is fantastic for getting into tight spaces.I received this product for an honest review.

Wet and Dry Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of a Stellar product testing panel and honestly wasn't expecting much but I was so pleasantly surprised!  With two kids and golden retriever, there's always a mess somewhere in our house and the Bissell Crosswave OmniEdge made it so easy to clean up.  With the vacuum and steam clean function in one, it really cuts down on cleaning time.  Other mops and steam cleaners seem like they're just pushing dirt around, but you can really SEE the clean with this machine.  In fact, it's almost gross how much junk it's picking up!

CrossWave Cuts Cleaning Time in Half

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty solid overall. It's light, easy to move around, and I like that it vacuums and mops at the same time so I don't have to do both separately. The edge cleaning actually works, which surprised me. it got up close to the baseboards without me having to go back and redo anything.

I used it for the usual stuff—spills, crumbs, pet mess. It handled all of that fine. Not perfect, but good enough for regular cleaning. What I like most is that it makes the whole process faster.

Not Good

Do not buy this product. First of all, you spend just as much time as you would sweeping and mopping separately as you do cleaning this thing out properly. You have to empty out the disgusting wet hair and crumbs that get caught all throughout the machine and roller brush, not just the waste container. Also, it mostly just seems to push around crumbs and get everything all wet, and you definitely have to sweep your floors before using it anyway, especially if you are sweeping up a lot of hair. I regret this purchase so much, and it was one I thought about for a long time. Invest in a high quality regular vacuum instead. The wet part is just a mess and the whole vacuum smells musty and moldy now, even though I clean it super carefully and let everything dry before putting it back together (another huge inconvenience). I don't know how this has such good reviews.

Do not buy this product

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had high hopes when I purchased this because I had a corded bissel vacuum that was amazing and lasted me years but this one is the complete opposite. It literally just pushes hair and dirt all over the place and has no sucking power at all. Please don't waste your money like I did.
