I make 3 pots of coffee a day. It's fantastic. Brews fast. Stays hot. The only challenge I had was the programmable timer. If I read the directions first I would have gotten it right. Very satisfied and I never even heard of the name took a chance. Glad I did.

This one has kept the coffee hot for longer than any other one we've had.  We now have enough coffee with a 14 cup pot to last all morning!

Great machine

This keeps the coffee nice and hot after brewing.That 1200 watts must make a difference.

Satisfaction guarented

Replaced a Cuisinart 14 cup and there is no difference except the crux is half the price

The stay hot button up to 4 hours did not work after first pot. Also they want you to unplug unit when not in use, it is a clock so I would need to reset everything to program for morning start time. But that leaves it 8-10 hours of being plugged in overnight, does not make sense. I will be returning it.

Not a fan.

Returned item after five days , it started brewing only half a pot and shut off , and was leaking water on counter .
