My little girl does not play a lot of pretend.  For Christmas, her older sister wanted the pink cat Cry Baby and so I got this rabbit for my 3 year old.  I chose it because it lights up and plays music and assumed that those features would be useful to her despite not playing much with dolls.  

She loves this doll.  She packs it and takes it with her almost everywhere we go.  On vacation, this toy was THE ONE that went and stayed with her the entire time.  It was both fun and comforting in a new place with its lights and melodies.  

Recently, the music began to stop playing for as long despite battery changes and so I replaced it, but before the new one arrived, the music began playing again.  But it was loved enough to need to replace.  

I mentioned the pretend play part because she actually does give the baby its pacifier and comfort it when it cries, so I think it is great to encourage pretend play in addition to the soothing sounds and lights.  It has been well worth the money after 6 months of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute my daughter loved it, especially the night light effect but I do think it's overpriced especially since the baby stops working properly after only a few days of having it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old loves  the cry babies. The music feature and light up face on this baby does help her fall asleep (which is why I purchased it). The reason for 3 stars is we were only able to get tears once, as the pacifier will not click back in. And I've tried a million times! This is required for the baby to have glowing tears. The baby is very soft.

Disappointed

I bought two of these dolls, both of them were damaged upon arrival, everything inside their heads was loose, the pacifier did not rich the sensor to stop crying, total waste of money.
