Really great glasses for those who love wine

Ordered these glasses for a wedding gift. They are large, elegant and made in Europe.  First delivery arrived with 1 broken stem. Called customer service asking for 1 new glass to be sent. They said no, that I had to return entire shipment and re-order. I ordered a second box which arrived with 4 broken glasses! Ended up paying for 24 glasses (5 smashed) in order to get 12 perfect glasses to give as a gift. Very disappointing. I order lots of fragile items online, Have not had this problem before.

Such a bummer that these arrived broken.  Can tell the glass quality is poor.  We are returning.
