[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this exact paper holder to match the rest of the items in the bathroom when we moved into our house because the one in our bathroom was broken and I didn't want to change the other items (towel bars and towel ring).  Thank you for having this exact item.  Very easy to install and very nice looking.

Installation wasn't that bad. Came with a guide for placing the holes. Had to tap, with some force, the drywall anchors with handle end of screwdriver to get them flush with the wall. They are definitely in there now. That rack isn't going anywhere without demolishing the wall. Looks great too

Nice and easy to install

Really like the way the brushed nickle towel bars and toilet paper holder look. A nice compliment to my new bathroom. Would definite recommend the products. Note: Purchased the double towel bar. Would not purchase one again. Not really enough room between the two bars for a really thick towel - not easy to remove one item at a time.

A vlaue product

Looks very nice and was easy to install. It came with a template which made it easier. Very easy to change the toilet paper roll.

Very Nice

I bought this a couple of days ago. I had already gotten the Banbury brushed nickel tank lever and decided to match it with the toilet paper holder. This time it had great anchors, real different and seems durable. The pivot feature makes it real simple, but elegant. I would give it 5 stars but the fifth star depends on how long it lasts.

One of the Better Banbury Products

I find the product itself works great, I however was not thrilled when I find that it had one screw missing after installing the wall mounts. I was able to fix this problem, but given how factory errors can happen I wanted this to be known. Other than that, so far it is doing the proper job I got it for and will continue to do so.

Good Item

The branbury toilet paper holder is nice looking and easy to change rolls. However, the holder keeps coming loose from the wall mount. I have to adjust the small screw ever few days (I've only had it for about a month). Now today the small screw fell and I cannot find it. So I now have a non functioning holder. The other accessories (towel rack & ring) have the same issue but not nearly as bad as this one.

Looks great, doesn't stay attached to the wall

Bought this a few days ago and when I opened it there was no way to install it. It was just the paper holder. No mounting brackets or screws included. Checked the box three times and no hardware to be seen.

Cute but can't install

Poorly designed template lead to drilling holes too close together. In tile. Impossible to fix without removing the whole tile so now we just have four extra extremely visible holes because the company was too cheap to print separate templates for the different products.

Stupid greedy company

We purchased this a little while ago and when i went to install it today realized that it did not include any mounting brackets or the template or the instructions for installing. A simple installation is now rendered impossible.
