[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle maker does not get very hot. On the hottest setting, there is barely a sizzle.  It cooks the waffle at such a low heat that the waffle not only looks undercooked, but has that flat undercooked taste. 

The top part is very loose  and wiggles a lot when handling. 

I love the idea of heart waffles, but this waffle maker lacks in every other area.
