The cutest Pizzelle's you have ever seen Pizzelle (pronounced with ts sound, like pizza) (singular pizzella) are traditional Italian waffle cookies made from flour, eggs, sugar, butter or vegetable oil, and flavoring (often vanilla, anise, or lemon zest). Pizzelle can be hard and crisp or soft and chewy depending on the ingredients and method of preparation. Pizzelle were originally made in Ortona, in the Abruzzo region of south-central Italy. The name comes from the Italian word for round and flat (pizze); this is also the meaning of the word pizza. Many other cultures have developed a pizzelle-type cookie as part of their culture (for example, the Norwegian Krumkake). It is known to be one of the oldest cookie.] Pizzelle are known as ferratelle in the Lazio region of Italy. In Molise they may be called ferratelle, cancelle, or pizzelle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a pizzelle iron with a non stick coating will completely change your attitude towards making these types of cookies. The pizzelles just slide  out of the machine so easily.  And…clean up is much, much easier. 
I wish I had known that a non-stick coating was available years ago.

CucinaPro Pizzelle Baker

We had ordered the pizzelle maker that makes four as pictured but actually received the one that makes two!  But since they were of equal quality and value, and were running short on time for making puzzles for Christmas we kept it. Loved that it came with recipes. We made three batches of different flavors in no time.

I have made pizzelle's forever, I burned most of them with this iron. The quality is good I just couldn't get them right

The Pizelles are very small and the batter runs because there isn't a lip to contain it.

Disappointed

This is not what I expected.   Terrible, the cookie is so thin, (like tissue paper) no matter how much or how less material I put on the grill.
It tells you to put a HEAPING TBLS on the design, well, I tried that and it ran all over and out of the grill.  Then I tried less and less to not even a half of a teaspoon.  Still ran over.
This to me is not worth the money as the cookie is so thin and tasteless.  There is no depth to the cookie to make it taste good.
Not recommended..

Not worth the money/useless

Iron did not sit flat, rocked back and forth 
Did not bake even 2 ended up almost burnt and other 2 not done
Black coating chipped off them first use so taking back asap
I have been making pizzelles for over 40 years so I know what to look for in an iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this as I make pizzelles every year at Christmas. I plugged this in and started using it. It cooked unevenly. Burning part of the cookie and not cooking the other part. No matter how many times I tried, the cookies were unevenly cooked. I had to return it.

Don't buy this pizzelle maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I really like the nonstick feature of this pizzell maker, the nonstick coating started flaking off as I was making the pizzells and I noticed that the heat distribution was not even.  Its going back. This was the first time I used it.
