This Outdoor Griddler is amazing! It heats up quick and has such a spacious cooking surface. We are a vegetarian family, and we love the big griddle where we can grill vegetables and make fried rice (we pretend we're hibachi chefs :D). We didn't think we'd use the broiler much but it's great for heating up buns while we make (veggie) burgers. Another favorite go-to meal is making quesadillas!! It does such a good job melting the cheesy fillings while crisping up the tortilla. We honestly have it once every other week if not every week. Cleanup is super easy which motivates us to come up with more meals to make outside on the Griddler - high recommended!

Was able to cook the entire family breakfast in one go while have toast in the broiler. Burgers were a breeze, and the buns were perfection! It does get very hot, so keep a close watch on any buns in the broiler.

So much space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new outdoor Griddle, it's a 2 in 1 Griddle and Boiler. I made ribs on it that came out perfectly, I cooked them on low using 2 burners for 3 hours and they were falling right off the bone. I also made breakfast, including eggs, ham and pancakes. The griddle has a lot of heating potential so I only needed to turn on one burner on low heat to do so. I recommend this Cuisinart's Griddle & Boiler to any one that like making outdoor meals whether it's a quick breakfast or slow cooking meals. Just as a disclaimer when using high heat it can cook/burn quickly it has a lot of heating potential, I found for best results using low to medium heat.

Family outdoor grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing you'll notice is the sheer size and heft of this product and its quality construction. Assembly is a two person job for about 45 mins, but once you have it setup, you will quickly appreciate the value. The cooking areas are large and easily accessible . The grill warms up quickly and can be used for everything from burgers to vegetables without worrying about temperature differences. Though large, it can be setup in a backyard for on a patio so you can use it all year around, and cleaning is a breeze too. This has become our go-to for any large gatherings.

The flat-top griddle is perfect for cooking large batches of food. The first time I used it I easily cooked 15 burgers for my entire family at my dad's birthday party! The spacious surface gives me plenty of room to work with and you can cook a variety of differnt things at once.

The broiler cabinet is a fantastic bonus, with its 3-level adjustable cooking rack and viewing window. Whether I'm searing, roasting, or toasting something, the broiler adds amazing flavor and versatility to every dish. It's so easy to achieve that perfect char on meats and vegetables. I love the dependability & craftsmanship of Cuisinart and have many of their appliances so this was perfect. We love to cook outdoors and don't have a grill so we have since given this the real test. First off, assembly was lengthy but easy for my husband (however he is very mechanically inclined). Secondly, we seasoned and oiled it as per instruction which did not take long either. We grilled chicken, onions and tortillas and used the broil function for the corn. The chicken and onions cooked like you would expect a grill while providing ample space for dinner for 5. The corn was beautifully done with just the right charring. We have also griddled broccolini, made grilled Cesar salads w/caramelized lemons, pastrami, toasted buns and melted cheese on sandwiches. The versatility is wonderful! Clean up isn't too hard with a basic deglazing method and the pull out trays catching grease. Just wipe it down and you're done. I LOVE this thing!
