Nice weight and solid construction for this valuable kitchen knife. If i don't soak it in dish water, it will last a long time.

So sharp!

It's better than what I had, a Dollarama Betty Crocker knife.  It's sharp, but it has started to rust. There are rust spots after a couple of weeks of use
