If you're looking for an electric fondue pot, this is the only one worth buying. This is our second one, and we wouldn't buy any other product. We long ago gave up on buying non electric fondue pots as the electric ones can do so much more. The quality of this pot is outstanding. You won't be disappointed in your purchase, and it makes a great gift. A little bit unusual.

Wonderfully Crafted

this is an awesome fondue pot. Heats evenly over the entire bottom of the pan and cleans up beautifully. I love it for heating oil to cook meat and vegetables for fondue.

Best Fondue pot for Meat

I bought this pot for a fondue night with my family (7 of us total).  Plenty of room to make a cheese fondue (main course) followed by the chocolate one (dessert).  I was thrilled by how fast it heated all ingredients up right in the pot.  Kept the fondue the perfect eating temperature throughout.  The only con I had with the pot was I used a heavy duty extension cord to plug this in since I put it in the center of my island for serving. Was safely doable in my home since I could plug it right into the island electric receptacle and wind up the extension cord.  Note:  Keep a non stick wisk handy so as not to scratch the inside of the pot.

Fondue fun

I like the compactness and heating speed. It feels like a lot of thought went into the design of the heating element and the removable top for the forks or spears. The safety instructions are good too. (Use care when placing the cord so no one can accidentally pull it away from the fondue while it's still in an electric outlet.)  I had to toggle the heating element a few times with the first use to get it to turn on.

Compact and speedy fondue

My girlfriend is a lover of cheese and chocolate, so I figured a fondue pot would make a great Valentine's Day gift. I'd heard great things about the Cuisinart Electric Fondue Pot but was still blown away by how easy it was to use, clean, and store. We are both extremely happy with the pot and look forward to using it for years to come!

The perfect Valentine's Day gift!

Fondue pot was easy to set up and the temperatures recommended in the booklet were useful.  Clean up was easy after I soaked the pot in water for a little while, but I haven't tried to clean it in the dishwasher yet.  Pot was also a good size for the cheese fondue recipe I use.

Easy to use.

Works great but I don't recommend following the recipes in the book the cheese came out so watery and wouldn't thicken enough at all so I recommend looking up other recipes but the machine itself works great and is easy to clean!

I've used the fondue pot a couple of times since I bought it. Works really well. It heats up quickly and keeps food at an even temperature. We have made chocolate, cheese and broth fondue and it did a beautiful job with all three. My only complaint is the length of the cord. It is so short! We have an outlet on the floor next to the dining table and it doesn't reach, necessitating an extension cord.

Really enjoyed using my fondue pot.  Never had any problems and used the pot with cheese and also beef.
