Very good quality.  It is excellent for covering cheese on burgers for melting or anything you need to sort of steam or add moisture to dry beef  or steam something in a saucepan.  I can cover 2-3  average burgers with this. Better than bowl because of handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works like it should. Perfect for making cheeses melt while using on a grill. I'll also use it to cover up veggies and meats as they cook both on a grill or while in a pan. The handle does get hot. So be sure to use s towel, oven mitt or use tongs to lift the dome off of foods. It's light weight too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This melting dome is amazing, I had been looking for one for some time and I'm glad I found this one. The metal is extremely strong and really melts the cheese nicely, It's big enough to fit three to four burgers under it depending on size which is nice.

Perfect size!

the dome was bent when we received it.  That makes it pretty useless since its primary purpose is to keep food warm while the rest of the meal is prepared.  We are attempting to return it.  It is a substantial implement, well built and we will order another to replace it.

This is actually a 9” dome. Still high quality but an inch bigger than it says.
