Bought this to replace my 3 year old one (similar model) after the power cord on the first one suffered a cracked insulation where it comes out of the back.  We noticed that the newer model still doesn't have any stress relief mechanism on the power cord, so are trying to come up with a solution so this cord doesn't fail, too.

It's the best toaster oven I've ever owned. It's pricey compared to other toasters, but it literally does everything from steaming, grilling, baking...etc. My whole family is pleased with how the food tastes coming from this toaster oven. 5 stars!!!!!

Best toaster oven

I worked in a bake shop years ago for a short period of time baking bread, we had a proof box until I bought this oven I tried various ways to duplicate the same conditions. It was virtually impossible to duplicate those conditions. Not only can I proof the dough perfectly but can use the bread function which introduces steam in the beginning of the cycle to achieve the crisp crust on French bread and artisan breads. No more pouring water into a hot pan and quickly closing the oven door trying to entrap the steam. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. It's great for warming up leftovers and keeping food warm. I would like to see a larger version of this oven become available.

I love this oven!

I have had this oven for 4 months.  It is one terrific product.  I bake in it a lot.  Roasted chicken comes out so juicy and tender.  Cakes , pies, are  baked to perfection.   With the super steam function,  cleaning is a breeze.   We use the testing function every day which is great.  Would buy this oven in a heart beat.

I bought this oven last May 2018 and we have have been very pleased with its performance. Not only it can perform excellently in toasting, broiling, steaming and convection baking you can truly warm leftover foods without losing their original taste and freshness. The foods that we warm in microwave oven does warm them but we normally loses their moisture especially if you're careless with cooking time. However, you don't have to be that watchful in using this Combo Steam + Convection Oven. You get a lot of leeway and it's a friendly-user piece of equipment. it is so versatile that we should have discovered it years ago.

This is my third purchase of the Combo Steam & Convection Oven (first purchase 2016).  Excellent product, I have been using it daily.

Very easy to stream rice for two persons instead of the regular rice cooker. Easy to operate for different features. But use it in open space counter top not under cabinet. The steam will come out all directions, even under the drip  pan outside the steamer will have water accumulate. Be sure to wipe it with dry towel inside and out so it won't get rust fast.

I like my oven.  I just wish it would do more or there were more receipts or guidelines for cooking a variety of dishes/snacks/main dishes.  I had fun learning to make adjustments.  Generally, everything is juicy and delicious.

I've owned this about a month and so far I used Convection, Steam, High Steam, Broil & Steam Clean! Mostly good results. I gave this oven 3 stars because it burns my pot pies and the water reservoir stays steamed up with condensation even after it's completely dry and inside of oven door has condensation without using the Steam setting! Mrs. D

Love the Steam Clean!

The stainless steel  is tinny and thin. The steam option requires three different actions to drain
after use with one of them requiring the oven to be lifted and held over the sink. The oven itself needs to be located away from wall kitchen cabinets as the amount of steam escaping the unit would eventually warp wood.
