I purchased a set of hard anodized pans. I have glass top stove. My old pans were not flat enough. The hard anodized are perfect. The heat conduction is amazing. You can cook at lower temperatures and seal in moisture and flavor and not burn the food.

Perfect everyday pan

Pan does well non stick. None are perfect but they work well with care.

NON STICK WORKS

I heard great things about Cuisinart's non-stick skillets, so I bought this one to replace mine. I opened it to find a sticker stuck to the inside cooking surface of the pan! I don't want to scratch it and ruin the non-stick coating or have goo leftover.

This is a TERRIBLE idea, Cuisinart. I'm hoping to return this.
