I've been eyeing this Griddler for a long time and finally bought it and I immediately fell in love with it. I love the fact that it has temperature control and a timer. It is also so easy to take plates off, clean, and out back on. I couldn't have asked for more out of this item. Will be recommending this to everyone I know

Should have gotten sooner.

I have only used this to make paninis. I absolutely love it. Once the griddle is preheated, I place my sandwich on it, adjust the timer, and let it do its thing. The bread is so toasty! I don’t have to fear all the contents coming out since there’s not need to flip it. I don’t risk burning it either since I know the temp and time to cook it compared to when I’ve cooked sandwiches on the stove. I can’t wait to try the griddle option or even using the grill plates for other food. I will be getting the waffle plates for this at some point too!

I love this 5 in 1 Griddle!

We love this griddler. We’ve used it to make paninis, hamburgers and steaks. So much easier than using a skillet and all the grease is contained on one place for easy cleanup. No need to use oil or grease of any kind you just put the meet or sandwich on the griddler and let it do the work.

Griddler Lover

I’ve been using this type of grill for years.  This one is the absolute best. Being able to set different temperatures, it having interchangeable plates,  & being a panini press are such cool features. Plus it’s beautiful. 💗

Love Our New Toy!

I use it primarily to make grilled sandwiches. It was such a pain to make them in a pan on the stove. Flipping them over to grill both sides without losing any filling was challenging. Now I can just grill both sides at once in my Cuisinart!

The Griddler 5 can be used to make panini’s, pancakes, bacon, sausage, burgers, hot dogs, and many other items. Instructions are easy to follow and it is easy to clean. It is also very well made. As a bonus it comes with a bunch of recipes to try.

It Just Works

Very convenient, easy to clean, super versatile. I like the sear function as well as the rotatable grill/griddle plates! Cooks evenly, includes a great timer function. My only two qualms are that the user-friendliness of the display is not so easy to use; and the lid doesn’t stay in place when I lift it. It keeps unlatching as I shut it, almost got burned a few times. Wish there was a locking mechanism.

Awesome product, small improvements could be made

Nice equipment. It's a bit smaller than I envisioned and the plates are a bit lightweight.  That said it does what it's advertised to do and I appreciate the temperature and time control.

Does the job

The top and bottom plates of the replacement unit are close in temperature but not exact. When I set the unit for 375 degrees the bottom plate temperature range is 265 to 295 degrees and the top plate range is 250 to 265 degrees. This again results in uneven cooking (I have to flip a waffle half way through the cooking time to get evenly cooked sides). Moreover the temperature is not even close to 375 degrees. This is after having the unit on for a good twenty to thirty minutes.  I have received two replacement units from Cuisinart and all have operated below temp.
