I will always have Cuisinart hand mixer. It is powerful for everything I want to make and easy to lift and store. I use a metal bowl in which I can leave it stand as I add ingredients. (Making it like a stand mixer). The storage case makes it easy to store and find the beaters. This mixer replaces the similar product I've had since the 80s. It still worked but the button to increase the power had gotten hard to push. I donated it and wanted the same model.

Love this hand mixer!  So much better than this other brand I had, a lot easier to change the speeds while holding the mixer.  The whole mixer is just user friendly.  So far I have only used it for mashed potatoes and taste so much better than in my stand mixer.  Definitely a good buy.

Power Advantage Plus 9 Speed Hand Mixer

Hand mixer works so well. I love the many speeds offered and the ease of use. My only complaint is that the beater attachments are very thin and after some use slowly twisted up and I needed a replacement, which Cuisinart gladly provided without cost under warranty.

Great Hand Mixer

I was pleasantly surprised by the small footprint and how easily it stores away in my tiny kitchen. This mixer has so much power too, I often find myself just using the lowest setting for most batters! This little device is a workhorse. I got so excited when I discovered that the back is a nice flat surface, so you can stand it that way when you're not mixing so the batter doesn't drip onto the counter. Such a brilliant design! Love the storage container as well, keeps everything tidy.

Everything I could want in a hand mixer!

This hand mixer does everything a stand mixer can do in compact form.  It is powerful enough to mix bread dough and even comes with a dough hook for just that purpose.  The 9 speeds give you all you need to mix anything you are cooking or baking.  The storage case is an added bonus that keeps all of your tools handy for whatever you are mixing.

My Grandaughter got married last year and I made 35 different varieties of cookies and this mixer took care of it all.. 
I ordered another one because the one I have is old and I'm retiring it
Oh … and I do have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer but chose to use my CUISINART for the job

Mixer

This mixer has plenty of power for all the things one would normally use a handheld mixer for, and the price is reasonable. The built in storage is also very handy. This is our second one of these, and the first is still going strong after several years at our other home. All in all, a very good value.

Very nice handheld mixer

I had a version of this 9-speed mixer back in 2010, but I didn't use it very much, and my extended family commandeered it. In the meantime, I used a Kitchen Aid 5-Speed that was “barely “ adequate, but could cut the basics. As I began to cook/bake more regularly, I really started to miss my old 9-speed. Getting it back is like getting back a limb and a sense. 

People have to understand this hand mixer is not a stand mixer and has to be used appropriately to shine. It creams beautifully, mixes dry ingredients beautifully, and is relatively quiet. But it's risky to mix liquid/creamed ingredients with dry ingredients using this machine. That technique is called folding and is best done by hand just until the flour streaks are gone. The 600-Watt motor is powerful, but not that powerful.  All-in-all, a very handy kitchen helper.

Not a stand mixer

I would highly recommend this mixer. So far I have only used the beater attachments and find the option of 9 speeds very handy for mixing a range of foods from whipped cream to cookie dough. The shape of the beaters avoids food becoming stuck in them and provides for easy clean-up. The snap on storage case is perfect for neatly storing the mixer and all the attachments.

Excellent Mixer!

High-quality mixer, with a great variety of attachments and a nicely designed, useful storage case. My only complaint is that it's rather noisy, and that when you first turn it on, the beaters spin at high speed for a split second, splattering ingredients like flour.

Excellent Mixer from a Trusted Brand

I received this mixer as a gift for Christmas.  It's the worst hand mixer over ever owned or used.  It's very heavy compared to others I've used.  You would think the extra heft would mean a stronger motor capable of mixing very thick cookie dough.  Not so. A dough Ive mixed many times before with kitchen aid hand mixer caused one of the beaters on this one to bend.  Also, while the idea of the carrying case is nice, the way it's designed, you can't help but pinch the bottom of the cord where it attaches to the mixer and in just a few months the cord frayed.  So, the only plus about this unit (carrying case) that makes it stand out from the competition, actually is just another negative.  I'm going back to Kitchen Aid.
