I have been making smoothies for years and this one works the best plus the glass jar is more healthy than the plastic that wears off and get ingested into your body. I also notice it liquifies the veggies and fruit much better so better fro digestion I would imagine. I love it!

I use this blender for smoothies with a base of frozen fruit and it does a great job of making sure all ingredients are pureed to perfection.  This is a very powerful appliance with blades located in the base of the glass pitcher (not on a rod running up through the middle) which seems to work great when making just for one. The "smoothie" setting is pre programmed for just the right amount of pulsing. I like the glass jar and so far it has worked beautifully for me. Some may consider this blender heavy but I find that indicates power and stability.

Nice design, powerful motor. It is a simple to use blender with a single dial to select presets or pulse and manual. I like the glass container and it has worked flawless so far. Easy to clean, we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it to replace an Oister and it was the best decision. This one is more powerful and has established functions that make it easier to use.

Great blender

So far, this seems like a great purchase. The control is easy to use, and it gives the motor breaks in between cycles. It runs on its own without me needing to be there to hold onto it. It could benefit from a suggested user guide with recipes. We did need to use a special tool to get the base separated from the glass top initially, as it really tightens down. Easy cleaning.

Yes for smoothies and more.

We bought this blender primarily because of the glass container, replacing our current Vitamix (without glass container). We are liking the intermittent pulse feature. Love the white appliance. It is also easy to clean.  Only drawback - recommends not leaving plugged in?  Hence the 4* .. otherwise 5*

I loved the look of the glass jar and the sturdiness of the machine.  However, I was unable to remove the blade assembly.  I had someone else try and they couldn't either so I returned the unit.
